延續 2024 年首屆工作坊的熱烈迴響，2026 年夏季 TICW 將再度啟航！本屆師資陣容包含臺灣頂尖指揮師資：王雅蕙教授、張尹芳老師及計畫主持人許瀞心教授共同指導，更特別邀請客席指揮張宇安帶來專題講座。除了經典交響作品研習，本屆首度納入《莫札特歌劇：費加洛婚禮選粹》，結合理論深度與實戰淬鍊，引領學員開拓全新視野：

指揮實作與作品分析：深入剖析樂譜結構與筆記策略，精練左右手協調，並聚焦歌劇宣敘調（Recitative）與詠嘆調（Aria）的處理細節，磨練指揮與聲樂家間的精準呼吸配合。
室內樂團實作演練：配置 22 人編制專業室內樂團（2-2-2-2 / 2-2-0-0, Timp, Strings3-2-2-2-1）。
正式生有 90 分鐘樂團排練時數（三天），並提供高畫質正面指揮鏡錄影，於最後兩日的成果發表音樂會中（每人30 分鐘）留下珍貴回饋。

Taiwan International Conducting Workshop (TICW)

Following successful workshops in 2024 and 2025, we are pleased to announce the 2026 TICW this August. As previously, the faculty includes joint instruction by Taiwan's top conducting pedagogues, Professors Apo Hsu, Ya-Hui Wang, and Yin-Fang Chang. Prize winning conductor Yuän Chang will also join this outstanding faculty. This year's workshop will feature conducting opera arias, in addition to symphonic repertoire.

The workshop will not only provide in depth score analyses, participants will each have podium time with a live orchestra.

Course features

Conducting Practicum & Score Analysis: Dive deep into score structure and marking strategies, refine both arms and full body coordination, and focus on the operatic recitatives and arias, to hone in on the sense of timing and breathing coordination with vocalists.
Chamber Orchestra Practicum: Work directly with a 22-piece professional chamber orchestra (2-2-2-2 / 2-2-0-0, Timp, Strings 3-2-2-2-1).

Active participants will receive 90-minutes of individual podium time with the orchestra (over the last 3-days), along with a professional, high-definition, frontal view conducting videos. Individual instruction and feedback will be made for each participant's 30-minute podium time in the final two-day showcase concerts.
